Quinckle enables users to discover restaurants, view menus, book tables, and place QR-based dine-in orders.

Quinckle is not a delivery platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Quinckle. By engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. QR guest sessions are also subject to these terms.
5. Booking & Seating

We are not liable for cancellations, wait times, service quality, or specific dish availability.
7. Payments
7.1 Platform Fees
Restaurants may be charged fees based on their plan. Users are not charged platform fees for dining.
7.2 Settlement
Quinckle facilitates settlements and ledger balancing. Cash payments remain the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
8. Reviews
Only verified diners may leave honest reviews. We reserve the right to remove defamatory non-compliant content.
9. Platform Conduct
Bots, scraping, and harassment result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
13. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for violations. Users can delete their data profiles at any time.
14. Updates
Terms may evolve for legal or technical reasons. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Liability Disclaimer
"Quinckle is a facilitator—not a restaurant, caterer, or delivery service. We provide the infrastructure for dining, not the dining experience itself."
We are not liable for food safety, personal injury, or operational losses arising from restaurant decisions or closures.
15. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction resides in the courts of Kolkata.
