Welcome to Quinckle (“Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your (“User”, “You”) access to and use of Quinckle’s mobile app, web app, and QR-based dine-in services operated by Quinckle Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company registered under applicable laws (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).
1. Description of Service
- ✔ Discover restaurants and cafés
- ✔ View menus, availability & pricing
- ✔ Book tables & Pre-order food
- ✔ Place dine-in orders via QR
Quinckle is not a delivery platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Quinckle. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. QR guest ordering does not require login but remains subject to these Terms.
4. Restaurant Content
Menus, prices, availability, and hours are provided by restaurants. Quinckle is not responsible for errors or changes in restaurant content.
5. Booking & Seating
Restaurant Responsibility
Honoring bookings, managing seating, and communicating operational changes.
Quinckle Liability
We are not liable for cancellations, wait times, service quality, or dish availability.
7. Payments
7.1 Platform Fees
Restaurants may be charged platform fees based on their plan. Users are not charged platform fees for dining.
7.2 Settlement
Quinckle facilitates settlements. Cash payments are the responsibility of the restaurant.
8. Reviews
Only verified diners may leave honest, non-defamatory reviews. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Bots, scraping, reverse engineering, and harassment are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. Liability & Disclaimers
"Quinckle is a facilitator, not a restaurant, caterer, or delivery service."
We are not liable for food safety, personal injury caused by restaurant operations, or losses arising from restaurant decisions and closures.
13. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for violations. Users can delete accounts anytime.
14. Changes to Terms
Updates may occur for legal/technical reasons. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, India.
